Mr. Man

Carlos is such a little man. I love to watch him play with toys. The careful attention he pays to stacking blocks (at an astounding 6 or 7 to a pile) or the way he makes car noises as he pushes little hot wheels around. I love to watch him play with the little people sets, driving them around in little cars or making them 'walk' or do things. Its just so cute! I am certain Julian didn't do these things at this age. He seems to be growing up so much faster than Julian did. I guess having the influence of a big brother will do these things to you.

He's a little terror in so many ways but oh so cute he just melts my heart. He can get away with most anything by just looking at me with those big brown eyes. He does get punished, he does time out already. All I have to do is tell him to go to time out and off he goes. He stays there too. When he is told to get out he comes and gives hugs and behaves (for a bit). He makes me crazy with his climbing and his occasional biting -- that is dying down though. But he gives the best hugs, he wraps himself around your neck as thight as he can.

He really adds so much to our life and our family. We never thought we would have more than just Julian, but he was the best surprise ever!
